You see, I have a theory about the weight being lifted off your shoulders thing. My theory is it’s all the stuff you gather through life that sticks to you like glue and gradually wears you down. It’s all the trauma and bad stuff you would have gone through, the insults you have collected, the put downs you’ve had to endure, in fact, anything that could have had a negative impact on you at any stage of your life.

When you pass on, I’m thinking that’s all released and you go back to that pure form you were in when you were born.

So once again, how does this tie in with internet network marketing? Believe me, it does.

If you were suddenly given the chance to experience that pure, unpolluted form again from birth and were presented with a network marketing opportunity or came across the Renegade system training, how would you approach it. Would you suddenly be filled with bouts of insecurities because you’ve been told many times you can’t; or would you be filled with a lot of suspicion wondering whether you are going to be scammed?

Spend a few minutes thinking about it. It’s actually a good exercise and will get you thinking long and hard.

Here’s the reason for this post. Lots of people write to me just wanting an endorsement of the Renegade system and MLM Blog Secrets. They want some guarantee that they won’t be scammed. Just for the record, no you won’t!

Someone who hasn’t been polluted by all the crap they’ve had presented to them are going to be able to make a judgment much more quickly. Here’s my advice to you. If the program you are using at the moment isn’t working you need to be strong enough to stop using it and start using what does work. The above two programs are worth checking out.

Unsubscribe from the countless emails you receive from marketers trying to sell you something. These suck up your time and most of them never provide any information you can apply. They are just hammering you with sales material. Start fresh and follow those who are making a difference.

I get many people on my list ask me “how can they generate 50 leads a day using internet network marketing?” In other words, if they are not attracting this many leads into their prospect funnel their business isn’t growing…it’s doomed to failure. The truth is folks, if you are trying to match what the big hitters in this business are doing then you will fail.

Why?

Because you will procrastinate your business to death. It’s like trying to climb Mt. Everest before you’ve tackled the local mini cliff face. Setting your expectations too high will leave you disenchanted and frustrated and you will eventually give up. I’ll let you in on a secret. All you need is one lead. You then connect with this lead and develop a relationship.

That one person has the ability to add thousands upon thousands to your bottom line. One person is all you need. Imagine attracting one person a day into your networking leads funnel. That’s 30 people a month and 365 people a year. Do you think if you were able to do that, that 5-10% of those people would join your business? And of those who joined, don’t you think a handful of them would become business builders?

Attracting 50 to 100 leads a day sounds great but how do you connect with that many people. Isn’t internet network marketing supposed to be about building relationships?

So don’t get hung up with the fact you are not getting hundreds of leads a month. Start small and take small steps. The majority of people I speak with on a daily basis understand the power of both systems to attract people into their prospect funnel but many simply get stuck when they are there and how to go to the next step. Do you simply contact them and ask them to join your opportunity? No you don’t.

Think how they got there in the first place. Something attracted them and it’s more than likely the message they read, saw or heard. You more than likely gave them something of value. Those who are successful at internet network marketing think outside the box and get it right away. The following four approaches to your list about your primary business will make a huge difference to how quickly you develop the relationship you want with your list prospects.

#1.. Give or sell your prospects something but don’t leave them high and dry. In other words, thinking outside the box means following up with them soon after to offer your help in applying what you gave them or sold them. You always want to look for ways to connect with your list.

#2.. At least two thirds of the people you sign up through Renegade and Ty Tribble’s blog training will have a primary opportunity. One third won’t. Let your list know these numbers. You don’t want to drag people away from their main business. You want to appeal to those still looking for a business. Offer them something. When I first started with Renegade I was offered a one on one call with my sponsor. It impressed me greatly.

#3.. Be honest with your prospects. Let them know up front you don’t want to be dragging them away from their primary business. Tell them the reason you are so accessible is that you obviously want to attract people into your business but only those looking. You are putting yourself out there to help anyone ready to commit to help them achieve their goals.

#4.. Thinking further out the box, offer to work with three people one-on-one. Let your list know this is “in the trenches” stuff and you want serious people only. Also point out it’s just for those looking for primary business opportunity. This is a great way to connect with prospects on your list who need guidance those who take you up on your offer will be a strong chance of joining your primary business.

One of the benefits of the Renegade system training is the loud message of branding yourself rather than your company. The idea is to break down the natural barriers that exist from a prospects perspective when they enter any sales oriented funnel as they ready themselves for the expected onslaught of sales pitches they expect to get.

But what if instead of bombarding them with sales pitches you filter through to them pieces of information, training and education; you actually provide them with useful bits of information that they can actually use to implement in their business.

How do you think their perception of you would be then? Do you think those resistance barriers would start to melt away? Do you think your prospects would then begin to see and value you as someone who can actually help them move forward in the quest for inter network marketing success?

The answer in most cases will be a resounding yes and it’s the difference between successful business builders and unsuccessful ones. It’s one of the reasons company generated websites are little more than token offerings in network marketing because everyone gets the same site. There is little chance of getting them ranked and almost no chance that anyone will find them online.

That’s why it’s vital you create your own websites. Your own site, blogs and web 2 properties. By doing this, you immediately stand above most other networkers simply because you are promoting yourself rather than the company. Your own property when properly seo’d will have a greater chance of being found in the search indexes and that means prospects coming into your business funnel.

You’re no longer just one of the crowd but you become your own identity and the truth is, in most cases, prospects make the decision to join a networking business based on the person that takes them through the initial introductory period. In fact, this is so powerful it cannot be understated.

So remember to invest in yourself and that you are basically on trial when a prospect enters your business funnel. You are the one under the spotlight and if you can make a big enough impression then you’ll be surprised at how less frequently you’ll need to use that dreaded sales pitch.

One of the attraction marketing principles Ann Sieg teaches in the Renegade System training is to follow up with your prospects, not once, not twice but until such time as it takes to earn their trust. The fact is, when someone responds to your promotion and places themselves in your business funnel they will do so with varying degrees of suspicion and doubt.

It’s one of the reasons the majority of sales are never made on the first or second calls. The truth is, most sales, up to 80% are made between the 4th and 7th calls and this is something you need to take particular note of.

It also applies to internet network marketing. A prospect isn’t going to join your business on your first contact. This is why the pre-sell angle is so important. Both Ann Sieg and Ken Evoy of Site Build It are great exponents of pre-sellingand when you understand how powerful it is when done right you’ll wonder why it’s taken so long for you to apply it.

Basically, a prospect is putting you on trial when they first ask for information. If you hit them with a sales pitch first up it’s usually “so long” or “see you later.” Too many networkers abandon their prospects after one or two contacts. Many use the argument that they are just not interested but unless one is told not to contact someone again or a prospect uses the unsubscribe option then they are still very much live.

You should have a system in place. A series of messages spaced over time in which you keep in touch with prospects. These messages should be weighted with training and educational tips and the occasional resource area someone can go for information on a particular topic. Under no circumstances should you be hitting them with sales pitches in the first few contacts.

They know you’re an internet network marketer and you’ve got to prove to them you have what it takes to be able to move them forward when they are ready to “rock and roll” in the business. So are you leaving a lot of money on the table?

Let’s say “right off the bat” that it has turned people’s businesses around – those who have applied the principles of attraction marketing and pre-selling but by the same token, there is still a lot of confusion out there from networkers who are internet newbies and don’t understand the concept of marketing their MLM business online. We’ll offer a solution for that shortly.

Firstly, an exercise recently confirmed to your truly that the majority of people involved in network marketing still don’t get it. Here’s what I did. I visited a busy networking forum and read quite a number of threads before posting a question. My question was:

“As a new person to network marketing and looking at starting a business, can anyone offer some solid advice about how I should get started and what would be the best and most efficient way for me to reach my initial goal of creating a trickle of income.”

Wow! The responses floored me. Not one person offered me any training or education at all. It was like throwing a piece of steak into a pirahna tank and I don’t mean to sound unkind but this was a feeding frenzy. Every response wanted to tell me they had the best company and product and now was a great time to join. My PM box was inundated.

I was surprised in a way because a comment was made recently suggesting the Renegade training system is so overdone that every one is now online marketing their business. That really is a load of you know what. For starters, the internet is so big that this will never happen…ever. But wouldn’t you think if that was the case that just a few of the responses I got would have at least offered me a little value?

Not one person referred me to a resource anywhere or offered me a report of any kind. It was walking through a third world market and being serenaded by people yelling “buy this…buy this.” No, I’m afraid the Renegade system hasn’t even scratched the surface and there is still a long, long way to go before internet network marketing comes of age.
