How To Make More Money In Internet Network Marketing

Have you ever sat down and wondered how to make more money in internet network marketing. Give me a dollar for every time I’ve thought about it and I would be retired. But the truth is, making more money in internet network marketing is simple, it jumps out at you every day yet most people choose to ignore it.

Why?

Because it is one of the toughest and intimidating things the average, ordinary internet network marketer has ever had to do.

Here it is… contact more people, get more customers and increase the frequency of your prospecting efforts. Lay that out to any network marketer and they will nod in approval and agree whole-heartedly. But ask the majority to put it into action and suddenly your confronted by one of those imaginary instant pop-up screens the banks use when they are being robbed!

It’s not that folks don’t want to do this stuff; it’s just that they are worried about the reaction…will the person they are prospecting think bad of them, will they scream at them or worse, will they chase them with a meat cleaver!

OK…little bit of a drastic description but honestly, it’s pretty close to the mark of how nervous and frightened people get when they have to approach someone they know about creating an extra stream of income in their lives.

Don’t let being busy confuse you about doing the stuff that actually makes you money in internet network marketing. Here’s what I mean. You start the day and you know you need to be putting your opportunity out in front of people. You decide today’s the day and you won’t stop until you have made X number of appointments to show your business.

So you get on your computer. You check your emails. You take a look at your blog and do some tweaking to the way it looks. You go to Facebook and Twitter and look at what’s being posted. You decide to post some cute, motivational quotes. Time is ticking away, you haven’t set up an appointment yet.

You decide to read some of your positive mental attitude book to get you in the mood. It’s not enough. You put on a motivational tape…still not enough. Time continues to tick away. It’s now almost midday and you still haven’t contacted anyone. This little voice in your head talks to you and convinces you that you’ve done plenty today for your business…why don’t you leave the contacting until tomorrow.

And so begins the pattern of procrastination.

Does this sound familiar. The truth is folks, whether you’re contacting people through social media or by phone, the more you do it, the more the chances are that someone will look at and join your business. You can’t get away from it. How to make more money in network marketing is about people. Never forget that. It’s a people business.
