Let’s take a look at 4 powerful article marketing tips in our quest in learning how to make money off blogs. There are four extremely important areas in the construction of an article for marketing purposes that you need to get right, otherwise it’s almost pointless publishing it.

They are the title, the the quality of content, the article closer and the visual look of your article. What about keywords you’re asking. Yes, they are important but we’ll look at this in our next post and a method where keywords may not be as vital as most people think.

#1 The Title… it’s the window to your article. It’s like going past a shop window and being attracted by the display in the window and knowing you can’t ignore it. You need to take a look. Article titles are key in making money off blogging as a way of getting your reader to read your content. The title should give the reader no doubt as to what your article is about. Try to ask the question and offer a solution in the title.

#2 The Content… this needs to be good. It needs to back up what the title is saying or promising. If you are offering five tips on something then you better provide those five tips. Avoid “waffle.” In other words, try to get straight to the point. Tell them in the first couple of paragraphs what you’re going to tell them then give it to them. #3 The Article Closer… Many people offer a closing paragraph in an article. To make money off blogging you want to get people to your offer page. Never close with a final paragraph where you’ll say something like “Well thanks very much for reading my article blah, blah, blah… you are giving people a licence to leave and go elsewhere. In article marketing, your resource box is your closer. Always finish off at your last point.

#4 The Visual Look… This is extremely important. Make your article visually attractive. In other words, spread your article out enough so it looks like an easy read. Add plenty of paragraphs, about two to three sentences a paragraph. Never bunch your article in such a fashion that it looks like a “blob” and hard work to read.
